Busy...

Yeah, I've been busy. I had my first final today, my last two tomorrow. I'm glad school is almost over. Two weeks ago I got the Outstanding Student Award, given to me by the Social Science Division. I guess my Women in History teacher nominated me, and she only nominated three students out of the thousand-some-odd she got that semester. In my acceptance speech, I thanked my dad (whom I had forgotten to tell... sorry, Pop!) for teaching me my love of history, and my teacher, who had surpassed my high standards for history teachers. My dad spoiled me on history teachers, I must admit. It's always sad when I feel that I know more about the subject than the teacher, but I never felt that way with this teacher. She is the second-best history teacher I ever had.
