Sean and Mom

Sean and my mom have officially met, now. I think Sean made a really good impression; he's the first guy I have made a conscious effort to have meet my mom, and I've told her how much he means to me. We all walked to a nice little mexican place nearby (NOT the Frog), and he and she talked all about music (both are music majors) and their respective instruments (since I don't play anything, I just pretended like I understood, j/k, lol,). After lunch, we walked back to my house, and Sean and I stayed outside to say goodbye. After he left, Mom and I went to get our watch batteries replaced, which was a VERY reasonable price, and then went and bought more shoes (I got some cute black flats and some more nice summer shoes). Then we went and got nail polish and makeup for my sister's wedding in two weeks, and then got our fingernails done. I'm still getting used to the acrylic nails, and I'm gonna have fun keeping them safe in the scene shop!

I'm so happy Sean and Mom got along; I knew they would, but it's much better knowing for sure than thinking you know. Yeah. My mom's opinion means a lot to me, and she says she likes him so far.
